The public has the right to request access to city records for public inspection or to obtain copies of records already in existence. Requests for information are required to be in writing, in accordance with the Texas Public Information Act. The City of Hutchins processes requests via an online portal that allows the requester to track the request and download any responsive records, by mail, or email. Sometimes fees apply.
