The Zoning Board of Adjustment Commission shall hear and decide appeals made by the administrative official, review requests for variances or special exceptions, and interprets the Zoning Ordinance.
- Composed of seven (7) regular members and two (2) alternate members.
- Persons appointed to the Zoning Board of Adjustment shall also automatically be appointed to the Building and Standards Commission.
- Members serve two (2) year terms, with three (3) regular members and one (1) alternate member terms expiring in even numbered years, and four ( 4) regular members and one (1) alternate member terms expiring in odd numbered years.
- Meetings are held on the call of the Chairperson or the Building Official.
