Architectural firm Brandstetter Carroll Inc. (BCI) has an office in Dallas and has more than 43 years of experience in the design of various municipal facility improvements including city halls, recreation centers, and public safety buildings. Mary Ann Mitchell, AIA, a Registered Architect, and owner of the firm having more than 25 plus years of experience, will head up the City of Hutchins project. BCI will facilitate space planning, interior/ environmental design, functionality of the New City Hall, and ultimately work with the City staff on the construction oversight. The New City Hall Project, approved by Hutchins’s voters on November 8, 2022, has a design and construction costs of $10,775,000, and is anticipated to be completed within the next 24 months.
