Our department's mission is supported by the work of the Park & Recreation Board, the Atwell Public Library, and the Senior Center. The City of Hutchins and the Community Services department prioritize social and economic health in order to build a thriving community. We oversee the Hutchins Senior Center, park programs, and public library, as well as community programs, special events, meetings, and activities.
