The City of Hutchins mobile app is free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. To receive non-emergency notifications to your smartphone, download the app and create an account. Within the app, notifications will be viewable under the bottom tab that says "Notices." If you give permission, you will also receive push notifications.
Creating an account will also allow you to track service requests related to Animal Services and Public Works.
