The City of Hutchins has a new mobile app that is free to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app will allow you to receive notifications, report concerns, and more! No single way of communication works for everyone, so that’s why we’ve created this additional option.

For a staff-created video showing how to use the app on Andriod phones, click here. For the video showing how to use the app on Apple-iOS phones, see above or click here.

Non-Emergency Notifications
To receive non-emergency notifications to your smartphone, download the app and create an account. Within the app, notifications will be viewable under the bottom tab that says "Notices." If you give permission, you will also receive push notifications as you would for text-messages.

Report a Concern
The City of Hutchins mobile app (powered by SeeClickFix) can help you reach the City to get help fixing issues. If you don't have a smartphone, don't worry -- you can report a concern right now by clicking here.

Please know that City Staff will make every effort to fulfill requests in a timely manner, but heavy workloads may cause delays.

If the problem you are reporting requires immediate attention during normal business hours Monday through Friday, please call us at (972) 225-6121 and press "0" to reach the operator.

If the problem you are reporting requires immediate attention after hours, on the weekend or during a holiday, please call (972) 225-2225 and press "1" to be connected to a dispatcher.

Please do not use the form to report emergencies. For a police, fire, or medical emergency, always dial 911.
